Set Project Available Resources

Use this option when you want to narrow the list of resources that can be assigned to work packages.

1. Select Project Data > Projects. The Manage Projects tab window displays.
2. Click on the Structure [Select] dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and select the project you want from the list.
3. Select the Structures tab.
4. Click Set Available Resources. The Set Available Resources window displays.
5. Expand the resource structure hierarchy as needed.

6. Click on the check box for each resource you want to include as an available resource.

   Tip:

   Clicking a resource structure summary level check box selects all the related child resources. You can change your available resource settings at any time.

7. Click OK to return to the Structures tab
8. Click Save in the Ribbon Menu.
9. Optional. Close the Manage Projects tab.
